Beachy Head & Downland

	Magnificent Motors Saturday 5th May - 6th May Returning once again for 2012. More than 500 vintage and classic cars, motorbikes, buses, steam traction engines, commercial and military vehicles will display at Eastbourne's Princess Park, to the east on Eastbourne seafront. This is FREE event and large crowds are expected. More details on website
	Eastbourne Cycling Festival Saturday 19th - Sunday 20th May Second year for this very popular event based on the Western Lawns. The free event offers the chance for cyclists to take part in a variety of events, from time trials to road races, as well as browse trade stands on the seafront. More details on website
	Eastbourne Sunshine Carnival 2012 Saturday 2nd June Returning after a long absence. This is sure to be a spectacular event, with over 300 entrants and 1800 people taking part. THe procession starts at the Soverign Centere at 6pm and processes along the seafront west towards and finishing on the Western Lawns. More details on website
	AEGON International Tennis at the Devonshire Tennis Centre 16th - 23rdJune Eastbourne Hosts Joint Tennis Event for the fourth year in 2012. The ATP event formerly held in Nottingham moved to Eastbourne. The AEGON International is again a combined ATP and WTA event in 2012 and beyond, to be played in the week before Wimbledon. In Eastbourne this is one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments on the International tennis calendar. More details on website

	Eastbourne Extreme Saturday 14th - Sunday 15th July An annual and exciting part of Eastbourne's dynamic Events programme. It offers a fusion between Inline and Artistic skating and Waterborne Activities with free taster sessions. Local bands play live in the open air. 	Eastbourne Lammas Festival Saturday 28th July - Sunday 29th July A free extravaganza of folk music, morris dancing, traditional giants, carnival and entertainment for everyone on the Western Lawns. Free Entry. More details on website
	Moscow State Circus Thursday 2nd August - Tuesday 7th August The Moscow State Circus brings its latest and most spectacular show to date to Five Acre Field (by Princes Park). 	Airbourne 2012 Thursday 11th - Sunday 14th August The biggest FREE seafront airshow in the UK returns this year with four days of action packed flying on Eastbourne seafront. Up to 750,000 people are expected to attend. The Red Arrows will NOT be performing due to other committments but we wait for confirmation of other displays and thrills will abound. 	Eastbourne RNLI Regatta Saturday 25th August - Monday 27th August Sixth annual RNLI regatta at Sovereign Harbour. Attractions, entertainment, marquees, beer & wine tent, food, stalls, farmer's market and funfair. Evening events with live bands and music. Yacht and boat racing. Something for the whole family. 	Eastbourne Victorian Festival Dates to be confirmed Once again this very popular week long celebration with a multitude of artistes from far and near will congregate in our fair town to entertain you. 	Eastbourne (10th Annual)Beer Festival Thursday 4th October - Saturday 6th October Preparations are underway for this year's festival with over 120 cask ales, wines, international bottled beers, ciders and perries on order.
