Welcome to Eastbourne�s 6th Annual Beer Festival
Preparations are underway for this year�s festival with over
120 cask ales, wines, international bottled beers, ciders and perries on order.Eastbourne Beer Festival will be open:

Thursday 9th October � 6.00pm � 11.00pm
Friday 10th October � 5.30pm � 11.00pm
Saturday 11th October Afternoon � 11.00am � 4.00pm
Saturday 11th October Evening � 6.00pm � 11.00pm

Each session will feature live music and Pub Games entertainment.

Tickets will be on sale later this summer and due to previous year�s successful tickets sell out, in some cases before doors even opened, we advise you to book early to avoid disappointment!

Over 120 real cask ales will be on tap at the festival, all of which have been chosen especially for the festival by our local CAMRA members, as being a fine selection of British cask ale.

The selection features both those produced locally within Sussex, plus a wide selection of real ales produced all over the UK.

Drinks can be purchased in third, half or full pints and will be served from chilled casks. All purchases must be made with Festival tokens, which can be purchased in the foyer of the venue.

A selection of Red, White, Ros� and fruit wines will be available at the Eastbourne Beer Festival 2008.

International Bottled Beers
For those beer drinkers who prefer a lighter brew, an exciting range of bottled beers from around the world will be available at a dedicated Bottled Beer Bar in the Floral Hall.


Soft Drinks
A variety of soft drinks will be available at all sessions from the Beer Festival restaurant
Each session Eastbourne Beer Festival brings you a variety of entertainment including live music. Bands include the Oompah Band, plus Jazz, Blues and Folk music. This year the ever popular Oompah Band are back by popular demand, the four piece Bavarian style band plays a selection of foot stomping, thigh slapping German tunes to get everyone tapping their feet. Full entertainment schedules will be available on this website nearer to the event.

With live music and dancing taking place in the Floral Hall area, more bars are also available in the Devonshire Halls. Here visitors can enjoy a quieter environment with some background music, or take part in the array of pub games which range from Shove Ha�penny and Bar Skittles to Shuffleboard and Toad in the Hole.
The Beer Festival restaurant will open throughout all sessions. Menus include a variety of hot and cold meals and traditional pub grub, light snacks and non-alchoholic beverages. Vegetarian food will also be available.
