	Magnificent Motors Saturday 5th May - 6th May Returning once again for 2017. More than 600 vintage and classic cars, motorbikes, buses, commercial and military vehicles will display at Eastbourne's Western Lawns,right on Eastbourne seafront. A motor cavalcade will run each day, up the seafron from Fisherman's Green to the Western Lawns at 10am. This is FREE event and large crowds are expected. More details on website
	Eastbourne Sunshine Carnival 2017 Saturday 27th May starting at 2pm Returning for its seventh year after a long absence. This is sure to be another spectacular event, with over 300 entrants and 1500 people taking part. This years theme is 'Rio by the Sea' . The procession starts 2pm at the Western Lawns and processes along the seafront east towards Princes Park. More details on website
	Eastbourne Triathlon 2017 Sat 3rd June Take on this iconic and memorable 600m sea swim, 20km cycle, taking in the stunning (but tough) Beachy Head climb, South Downs, partially closed road cycle and the lovely promenade. Complete the challenge with a 5km(ish!) run up and down the St Bede's hill - made famous by the start and finish of the Beachy Head Marathon - before the glorious finish on Western Lawns, Eastbourne. 	AEGON International Tennis at the Devonshire Tennis Centre 23rd June - 1st July Eastbourne Hosts Joint Tennis Event for both mem and women again in 2017. Always a thrill and sells out quickly so book your seat early.. In Eastbourne this is one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments on the International tennis calendar. More details on website

	999 Emergency Services Display Saturday 8th July - Sunday 9th July 11am - 5pm Police, Fire, Ambulance, Coast Guard and RNLI Services. See them all on the Western Lawns for an action packed weekend of displays and exhibitions.This is the 30th consecutive year of the Largest Display Of Emergency Services In The UK. 	Eastbourne ExtremeBeach Life Festival Saturday 15th - Sunday 16th July From 11am each day An annual and exciting part of Eastbourne's dynamic Events programme. Featuring a lin up of air, land and water based activities Activities with free taster sessions. Local bands play live in the open air. Free event along the eastern seafront. More details on website
	Eastbourne Lammas Festival Saturday 29th July - Sunday 30th July A free extravaganza of folk music, morris dancing, traditional giants, carnival parade from the pier at 12noon on the Saturday. Entertainment and stalls for everyone on the Western Lawns. Free Entry. More details on website
	Airbourne 2017 10am onwards each day Thursday 17th - Sunday 20th August The UK's best FREE seafront airshow in the UK returns this year with four days of action packed flying on Eastbourne seafront. Up to 750,000 people are expected to attend. The Red Arrows will will be performing Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but we wait for confirmation of other displays and thrills will abound. 	SHYC Regatta & Classic Car Show SaturdayFriday 25th August - Sunday 27th August Regatta at Sovereign Harbour. 	Eastbourne Annual Beer Festival Thursday 5th October - Saturday 7th October Preparations are underway for this year's festival with over 160 cask ales, wines, international bottled beers, ciders and perries on order. 	Eastbourne Bonfire Society Procession & Fireworks Saturday 7th October 19:30 - 21:00 After previous years events this is one not to be missed. The torch light parade along the seafront and a firework display for all to see. More details on website
	Beachy Head Marathon Saturday 28th October 9am start 1,750 runners, joggers and walkers participate in this annual event which offers one of the most challenging and picturesque routes in the country, winding across the South Downs coast and countryside.
